Proactively preparing plan on agricultural production for exportation to China

order to ensure the export of Binh Thuan dragon fruit to the Chinese market
through the border gate of Lang Son province conveniently, avoiding congestion
of export vehicles and goods, causing damage to businesses and people, the
Department of Industry and Trade has requested the relevant departments and agencies
and the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to take the
initiative in formulating the production and business plans; at the same time, coordinating
in regulating and transporting goods to border gates in Lang Son province
appropriately.
The Department of Agriculture and
Rural Development shall continue to review the situation of agricultural production,
and make specific instructions for localities to develop reasonable production
plans, in line with the forecast of consumption market demand in the coming
time, avoiding the situation of local surplus crisis and deep price drop.
Enterprises in the province shall regularly
update information, import and export situation at border gates and regulations
on disease prevention and control in Lang Son province; from there, adjusting
the export plan of dragon fruit in particular and fruits and agricultural
products in general to China; keeping close contact and exchanging with
partners to grasp the situation of goods receipt at border gates. Paying
attention to export transactions in accordance with international practices
through foreign trade contracts; contacting partners for negotiating to move
gradually to formal trade in order to reduce the risks of informal trade; at
the same time, strengthening the epidemic prevention and control measures for
people and vehicles of transporting exported goods.
