Promoting communication of core missions before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2023

The Department of Information and Communications has just requested press
agencies and grassroots information systems to promote propaganda on core missions
before, during and after the traditional Lunar New Year 2023.
Specifically,
promoting propaganda on celebration of the 93rd founding anniversary
of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2023).
Propagating measures on ensuring a joyful, healthy, safe and thrifty Lunar New
Year 2023 in the province. The works of visiting and taking care of the
material and spiritual life of the people in the province, in order to ensure
that the people can enjoy the spring and welcome the new year joyfully, warmly
and well.
Promoting
communication of the Inter-Ministerial Plan: Health - Education and Training
and continuing to strengthen communication and advocacy for parents to
vaccinate their children against COVID-19 in a timely, fully manner, especially,
paying attention o the communication of the 1st booster injection (3rd
dose) for people from 12 years old to under 18 years old and full injections
for children from 5 to under 12 years old.
On
the other hand, priority should be given to promote the dissemination of: The
observance of the Law on Traffic Safety, the control of vehicle loads and
vehicles carrying more than the prescribed number of people; propagandizing on food
hygiene and safety, food poisoning prevention, propagation on prevention of smuggling, counterfeit goods
and poor quality goods and mobilization on Vietnamese to give priority to use
Vietnamese goods; assurance of fire and explosion prevention; promptly reporting
critically on cases of illegal buying, selling, transporting, producing explosives,
firecrackers, etc…
In
addition to the propaganda to ensure the safety of the Lunar New Year and the
Tree Planting Festival 2023, the Department of Information and Communications
also notes the need to maintain propaganda on the situation of water sources,
drought, water shortage, and implementation plan on irrigation solutions to
prevent and combat drought, water shortage, saltwater intrusion...
