Propagating ethnic minority households to effectively use production land allocated under Resolution No. 04

of the Provincial Party Committee has just requested all levels of Party
committees and organizations, authorities, Vietnam Fatherland Front and
provincial socio-political organizations to strengthen propaganda and
mobilization of ethnic minority households in effectively using production land
allocated under Resolution No. 04, dated May 27, 2002 of the Provincial Party
Committee (term X).
According to the Standing Board of the
Provincial Party Committee, in recent years, the policy on allocating
production land to ethnic minority households under Decision No. 755 dated May
20, 2013 of the Prime Minister, Resolution No. 04 , dated May 27, 2002 of the
Provincial Party Committee (term X), Resolution No. 17 dated December 14, 2011
of the Provincial People's Council, Directive No. 02 dated January 2, 2009 of
the Provincial People's Committee... have been concerned by all levels of
agencies and localities in implementation and direction. Up to now, our
province has basically solved the shortage of production land for ethnic
minorities, contributing to well implementing the goals of poverty reduction,
stabilizing lives, and strengthening the beliefs of ethnic minorities in the
Party and State.
The Standing Board of the Provincial
Party Committee also requests the Party Board of the Provincial People's
Committee to lead the Provincial People's Committee directing relevant
departments, agencies and district-level People's Committees to mobilize and
explain organizations and individuals not to transfer land allocated under the
State's support policies for ethnic minorities in the area. Directing the
Provincial Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs to coordinate with agencies
and localities to implement well the policies on investment and support for
ethnic minorities in production development in order to bring economic
efficiency on the land area allocated under the support policies; strengthening
propaganda, deployment and replication of effective agricultural production
models in the localities.
