Provincial Public Administration Center settled 10,635 administrative dossiers in the first two months of the year
(binhthuan.gov.vn) According to the Provincial Public
Administration Center – Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the center
settled 10,635 administrative dossiers in the first two months of 2025.
Specifically, in February, the center received 5,000
dossiers (including 2,105 online submissions). Among these, 5,127 dossiers were
processed and settled; 5,125 were on time or ahead of schedule, and only 2 were
delayed. By the end of February, the cumulative total of received dossiers
reached 9,475 (including 3,350 online submissions). Out of these, 10,635
dossiers were processed and settled on time or early.
The center strictly implements administrative procedures in
coordination with other administrative centers, the Post Office, and relevant
departments, ensuring smooth and prompt processing. All dossiers are sent to the Electronic One-Stop Software, which
facilitates circulation, processing, and result delivery through the system.
The center has also digitized administrative procedure
components and results according to established procedures and assigned
responsibilities. According to the administrative procedure resolution system,
in February, departments and units digitized 2,373 out of 3,297 incoming
dossiers and 1,500 out of 3,731 administrative procedure results. As of the end
of February 2025, a total of 4,681 out of 6,779 incoming dossiers and 4,851 out
of 7,769 administrative procedure results had been digitized.
In the coming time, the Provincial Public Administration
Center will continue to digitize dossier components and administrative
procedure results. The center will also coordinate tasks to implement a virtual
assistant platform to assist residents and businesses in carrying out
administrative procedures in the province, integrated with the 1022 Call
Center, following the direction of the Office of the Provincial People's
Committee. Additionally, the center will continue to strictly monitor the
implementation of processes and the coordination between related agencies and
units in handling administrative procedures, especially those undergoing
mergers or restructuring according to Resolution No. 07/NQ-HĐND of the
Provincial People's Council.
