Provincial Public Administration Center: Using QR code for health declaration

According to Binh Thuan Provincial Public Administration Center, in order to
contribute to COVID-19 prevention and quickly tracing when an infection occurs,
people coming to the Provincial Public Administration Center shall use "QR
code" on applications such as NCOVI, Vietnam Health Declaration, Bluezone
to "Medical Check-in/Check-Out" to make health declaration.
Accordingly, the
person coming for transaction will download and install one of the applications
Zalo, NCOVI, Vietnam Health Declaration, Bluezone. Register an account if using
for the first time, or log in before use. If the electronic medical declaration
has not been made, the visitors shall choose the "Health declaration"
function to update the necessary information with an asterisk (*) according to
the form issued by the Ministry of Health and "Send information".
After completing the submission, the system will automatically return a QR code
(as shown below) for people to use "Medical Check-in/Check-out" at
the required places or check the health declaration history.
Then, visitors
perform Check-in or scan the quarantine point by selecting the Scan QR code
function on the installed application and scan the QR code pasted at the
Provincial Public Administration Center. In case of not using smartphones or
phones that do not have the QR code scanning feature, visitors can make health
declaration at the information desk of the Provincial Public Administration
Center.
In addition, during
the complicated development of COVID-19 epidemic, the Provincial Public
Administration Center also encourages individuals and organizations to use
online public services at level 3, 4; the service of receiving and returning
results via public post to submit documents and receive results; restricting
travel and transactions directly at transaction counters.
