QR code application deployment for conduction of administrative procedures

(binhthuan.gov.vn) In order to enhance the application of information technology in administrative reform, building digital government and creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals when carrying out administrative procedures, in recent times the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority has publicly listed administrative procedures under the its jurisdiction by using QR codes to support organizations and individuals in easily looking up administrative procedure information.
Specifically, up to now, the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority has publicly listed 43 QR codes corresponding to 43 administrative procedures that are partially and fully online public services. Of these, there are 40 administrative procedures under the its jurisdiction and 03 administrative procedures for resolving complaints and denunciations under general regulations. Accordingly, the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority notifies agencies, units, localities, organizations and individuals that need to carry out administrative procedures under the its jurisdiction to access to address: the electronic information page of Binh Thuan province's administrative procedure database is at http://tthc.binhthuan.gov/Publish and the electronic information page of the Provincial Industrial Zones Authority is at https: //bqlkcn.binhthuan.gov.vn/cong-khai-thu-tuc-hanh-chinh.
The deployment of QR code application is to support organizations and individuals in searching and carrying out administrative procedures, contributing to improve the efficiency of serving organizations and individuals and bringing higher satisfaction with the services of State administrative agencies in handling administrative procedures. With a simple method, people just need to use the camera application on the smartphone, Zalo application or any QR code scanning application to scan the QR code and then click the given link to access procedure information, this is much more convenient than the traditional method of looking up information on paper listing boards.
