Raising people's awareness on digital transformation

(binhthuan.gov.vn) In order to raise awareness on digital
transformation, popularize digital transformation skills and develop digital
transformation human resources in the province to 2025, with orientation to
2030, the Department of Information and Communications has issued an implementation
plan on the project "Raising awareness, popularizing skills and developing
human resources for National Digital Transformation in the province to 2025,
with orientation to 2030".
Accordingly, in the
coming time, the Department of Information and Communications will focus on
monitoring and urging agencies and units to implement the Project "Raising
awareness, popularizing skills and developing human resources for National
Digital Transformation in the province to 2025, orientation to 2030”.
Besides, organizing
training, retraining, short-term training, and fostering on digital
transformation and digital skills for officials, civil servants, public
employees and employees working in agencies from provincial to commune levels,
in organizations and state-owned enterprises. Universalizing digital skills for
people through a mass open online learning platform, personalized training.
Developing digital skills for people through propaganda and guidance on the use
of digital services, focusing on online public services and digital services in
the fields of health, education and commerce.
Building a digital
transformation network to the commune level in the locality with the team of
members who are regularly trained and updated with knowledge and skills,
serving as the core for the digital transformation process at units and
localities.
