Replicate the model of planting trees in the province

In the past time, our province has implemented pilot planting trees at some
roads along irrigation canals in the province. Up to now, the implementation of
pilot planting trees is quite good, the survival rate of the plants is high,
has contributed to protect the ecological environment, and to build rural
landscapes to respond to the Project “Growing one billion trees in the
2021-2025 period” of the Prime Minister.
In order to continue
to replicate the model of tree planting in the province, in the coming time,
the Provincial People's Committee will direct relevant agencies to develop the
implement plan for growing trees on roads along irrigation canals,
inter-district and inter-commune roads, vacant land and bare hills managed by
the State in the province accordingly; each project should plant at least 1,000
trees.
Districts, towns and
cities shall implement green tree projects in accordance with the specific
situation of the locality. Accordingly, each locality implements at least 03 projects,
at least 500 trees each; at the same time, motivating agencies, organizations,
businesses and communities to participate in the implementation of the Prime
Minister's Project "Growing one billion trees in the 2021-2025
period".
The growing tree projects
must be carried out in a socialized manner; the implementation process must
ensure the safety, efficiency, practicality to create the high consensus among
officials, civil servants, public employees, union members, and people.
