Resolution on a number of guidelines and solutions to improve people's living standards in Binh Thuan province to 2025, with orientation to 2030 is approved

Continuing the program of the 28th Conference, on the afternoon of September
27, the Provincial Party Committee (term XIV) gave opinions and approved the Resolution
on a number of guidelines and solutions to improve the people's life in Binh
Thuan province to 2025, with orientation to 2030. Secretary of the Provincial
Party Committee - Duong Van An chaired the Conference.
The draft Resolution
clearly states the point of view of putting people at the center of
development, closely linking economic development with education, vocational
training and job creation, raising incomes, improving people's life.
It is striving to 2025,
GRDP per capita will reach about 4,200 - 4,400 USD. Per capita income increases
from 1.5 to 1.8 times compared to 2020.
At the conference,
delegates basically agreed with the draft resolution on a number of guidelines
and solutions to improve people's living standards in Binh Thuan province to
2025, with orientation to 2030.
Secretary of the
Provincial Party Committee - Duong Van An clarified more on comments at the
conference. With high consensus, the Executive Board of the Provincial Party
Committee authorized the Provincial Standing Party Committee to collect
opinions of the delegates in order to finalize the draft Resolution. In terms
of tasks and solutions, it is uniformly to promulgate a number of policies
within the province's authority to support education, vocational training, and
job creation; focus on improving the quality of health care, ensuring social
security, cultural life, physical training and sports, building a green - clean
- beautiful environment to ensure security and safety for the people.
