Seminar on “Consumer awareness enhancement”

morning of June 24, the Union of Science and Technology Associations cooperated
with the Consumer Protection Association to organize a seminar on "Consumer
awareness enhancement".
In recent years, the
protection of consumer rights has always been concerned, directed and regulated
by the Party and State. Especially since the National Assembly promulgated the
Law on protection of consumer rights dated November 17, 2010 and took effect
from July 01, 2011, it has created favorable conditions for consumer protection.
Participating in the
seminar, the delegates, State management agencies, and production facilities have
the opportunity to exchange and share more about difficult issues in the
process of implementing consumer protection, such as: relevant documents,
consumers' consciousness, responsibilities of manufacturers, administrative
agencies, etc. At the same time, it is also an opportunity for delegates to
share more usable information in the process of self-protection (smart
consumers) and propose more solutions for consumer protection in the coming
time.
