Social insurance strongly steps into digital transformation with VssID application

introduction of VssID - Digital Social Insurance (VssID application) on mobile
devices is a strong breakthrough in the digital transformation of Vietnam's
social insurance. After nearly 2 years of implementation, VssID increasingly
asserts and promotes its useful role in helping participants actively manage
information, directly supervise the organization and implementation of social insurance
policies, Health insurance, unemployment insurance to ensure their own social
insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance benefits.
As counted to July
31, 2022, over 26.3 million individual electronic accounts have been registered
and approved nationwide (used to log in to VssID application), including
737,807 people with 1,354,110 turns of using health insurance cards on VssID
for medical examination and health insurance.

As soon as detecting
false information about the process of participating or enjoying their own
social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies on the
VssID, participants should immediately report to the provincial or district
social insurance agency or the Vietnam Social Security via the Hotline
