Sonadezi Binh Thuan has fully prepared for the construction of Tan Duc Industrial Park

Tan Duc Industrial Park, Ham Tan District was approved by the Prime Minister in
2021. Over the past time, Sonadezi Binh Thuan Shareholding Company has
cooperated with the Provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks, departments
and agencies to carry out the project investment preparation procedures; at the
same time, coordinate with the People's Committee of Ham Tan district to carry
out the site clearance and land acquisition.
Up to now, Sonadezi
Binh Thuan has completed the project investment preparation procedures as well
as fully prepared financial resources to be ready to start the construction.
In order to organize
early the construction of Tan Duc Industrial Park, Sonadezi Binh Thuan has proposed
to the Provincial People's Committee to soon to appraise and approve the
specific land price of Tan Duc Industrial Park project, and at the same time to
complete all compensation procedures and hand over the land to the Company. The
Department of Industry and Trade is proposed to work with the Southern
Electricity Corporation to speed up the investment in Tan Duc 110KV power
station and connection line to ensure power supply for Tan Duc Industrial Park
in 2023. The Department of Planning and Investment is proposed to consider and
approve the addition of land area for construction of the intersection
connecting Tan Duc Industrial Park to National Highway 1A into the area of Tan
Duc Industrial Park and to guide the Company on procedures related to
investment and construction of the intersections.
