Soon to propose solutions on traffic safety on expressways passing through the province

(binhthuan.gov.vn) Currently, two expressways Phan Thiet - Dau Giay and Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet have been completed and put into operation. Initially, the effectiveness was promoted, making a very important contribution to connection and trade activities, shortening the distance and travel time between regions and reducing the pressure of vehicle traffic, limiting traffic accidents on the National Highway 1A; however, the locality has recorded many traffic accidents in a row on these two highways so far.
In order to have timely solutions on traffic safety on two expressways passing through the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has requested the Department of Transport to chair over and coordinate with the Traffic Police - Provincial Public Security and relevant agencies and units to conduct inspection, research, evaluation, and finding out the causes, thereby proposing solutions to ensure traffic safety on two expressways Phan Thiet - Dau Giay and Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet section passing through the province.
