State budget revenue in the first 2 months of 2023 reaches 17.09% of the estimate

According to Binh Thuan Provincial Statistics Office, estimated state budget
revenue in the first two months of 2023 reaches 17.09% of the estimate.
However, this revenue decreases by nearly 14.16% compared to the same period in
2022.
Specifically, it
is estimated that the state budget revenue in February 2023 will reach 700
billion VND. Accumulated 2 months of 2023 is estimated at 1,710.28 billion VND,
reaching 17.09% of the yearly estimate and 14.16% lower than the same period
last year; in which domestic revenue is 1,570.61 billion VND, reaching 18.25%
of the year estimate, decreased by 16.27%. Total state budget revenue includes:
Taxes, fees and other revenues 1,497.26 billion VND, reaching 20.22% of the
yearly estimate, decreased by 14.22%; collection of house and land levy 73.35
billion VND, reaching 6.11% of the yearly estimate, decreased by 43.75% (of
which land use levy is 62.85 billion dong, reaching 6.29% of the year estimate,
decreased by 38 ,41% over the same period last year); import and export tax
revenue of 139.67 billion VND, reaching 9.98% of the year estimate, and increased
by 19.73% over the same period last year.
Total expenditure
in the month is estimated at 700 billion VND. Accumulated in 2 months of 2023
is estimated at 2,550.78 billion VND; state budget expenditure is estimated at
1,745.10 billion VND, of which development investment is 333.16 billion VND,
recurrent expenditure is 1,411.94 billion VND. State budget transfer spending
is 805.68 billion VND.
Executing the
direction of the Government at Resolution 01 and the action plan of the
Ministry of Finance, the tax sector will continue to implement solutions to
reform tax administrative procedures; implementing information technology
projects on schedule; especially speeding up the implementation and expansion
of e-invoices with authentication codes of tax authorities; e-invoices with tax
authority codes generated from cash registers, etc., thereby creating maximum
convenience for taxpayers and improving tax management efficiency./.
