Strengthen the settlement of complaints and denunciations

In 2022, all levels
and agencies have focused and actively implemented the work of receiving
citizens; handling and settling complaints and denunciations in accordance with
the law. Through the settlement, citizens' legitimate rights and interests have
been restored; violations have been detected through settlement of
denunciations for handling as prescribed by laws.
By the end of
September 30, 2022, compared to the same period in 2021, the reception of
citizens decreased in number of people and cases (reduced 216 cases, and 154
people). However, the reception of crowded citizens increased by 5 times, 93
people; the number of applications received and cases under the jurisdiction of
state administrative agencies decreased over the same period (receiving
decreased 261 applications, cases under state’s jurisdiction reduced 311
cases).
In the coming time,
along with the province's socio-economic development strategy, citizens'
complaints tend to increase related to site clearance and compensation when
land is recovered to carry out projects.
Strictly implementing
the regime of informing and report on citizen reception, handling of petitions,
handling of complaints and denunciations according to the provisions of
Circular No. 02/2021/TT-TTCP dated March 22, 2021 of the Government
Inspectorate on the regime of reporting on inspection, citizen reception,
settlement of complaints and denunciations, and anti-corruption.
Paying attention to
arrange cadres, civil servants and public employees to do the work of advising
on citizen reception and settlement of complaints and denunciations with good
moral qualities, mastered in laws and profession, and having the ability of
"good communication", capable of guiding, explaining and persuading
citizens to understand and strictly abide the law on citizen reception, and
complaints and denunciations. Simultaneously, training and fostering of citizen
reception, handling of petitions, handling of complaints and denunciations in
order to improve the capacity and practical skills for qualified cadres, civil
servants and public employees assigned for this task./.
