Strengthening financial supervision and report on results of financial supervision, performance evaluation and business rating

Letter No. 8213/VPCP-DMDN dated December 7, 2022 of the Government Office on
the results of financial supervision, performance evaluation and business rating
in 2021, the Provincial People's Committee has requested the relevant units to
strictly implement the followings:
The Departments: Finance, Planning
and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs shall perform
well the tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No.
2779/QD-UBND dated November 10, 2020 on the Internal regulations on exercise of
rights and responsibilities of the state owner's representative for enterprises
in which 100% of charter capital is held by the State and state capital
invested in enterprises under the management of the Provincial People's
Committee Binh Thuan.
One Member Limited Liability
Companies: Binh Thuan Lottery, Binh Thuan Water Resources Exploitation, Binh
Thuan Forestry and Song Dinh Forestry; Joint-stock companies: Binh Thuan Water
Supply and Sewerage, Binh Thuan Environment and Urban Services shall make and
submit quarterly and annual financial supervision reports and other reports to
relevant agencies in adequate content and on time in accordance with current
law.
The Provincial People's Committee
assigns the Department of Finance to chair over and coordinate with relevant
departments and agencies in advising the Provincial People's Committee to
approve the Financial Supervision Plan of State-owned enterprises and
enterprises with state capital represented by the provincial People's Committee
in 2023; in which, assigning specific tasks and responsibilities of each
relevant department, agency and unit for the basis for financial supervision at
enterprises in accordance with regulations.
Proactively advising the Provincial
People's Committee to strictly and fully comply with the provisions of Decree
No. 87/2015/ND dated October 6, 2015 of the Government and the instructions of
the Prime Minister on reporting financial supervision results, performance
evaluation and business rating.
Chairing over and coordinating with
the Department of Home Affairs and relevant units in advising the Provincial
People's Committee to handle enterprise managers and representatives of state
capital in enterprises who fail to comply with the provisions of Decree No.
Decree No. 87/2015/ND-CP dated October 6, 2015 of the Government according to
its competence and provisions of law./.
