Strengthening inspection and review of legal provisions on construction planning, construction order, management and operation of apartment buildings

In order to strengthen and improve the
efficiency of the inspection construction planning, construction order and
strictly handle violations on the construction law, the Chairman of the
Provincial People's Committee has just issued the Official Dispatch requesting
the Director of the Department of Construction and the Chairpersons of the
People's Committees of the districts, towns and cities to urgently review the
unclear or unspecified provisions of the laws, leading to many complaints,
denunciations, recommendations and reflections related to apartment building
operation management, construction planning, construction order...; at the same
time, applying solutions to remove problems, and settling complaints related to
these matters in the coming time.
Taking dissemination, thoroughly grasping
and strictly implementing the Law on Construction 2014 and the Law amending and
supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Construction, Law on Planning,
Law on Architecture, Law on Housing; The Law on Handling of Administrative
Violations 2012 and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of
the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; Directive No. 08/CT-UBND
dated July 20, 2020 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on
strengthening the management of construction planning and construction order in
the province.
The Department of Construction shall improve
the effectiveness of consulting works and management on construction planning,
construction order, management and use of apartment buildings and social
housing; reviewing the inadequate, unclear, or unspecified legal provisions to promptly
advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue or propose amendments and
supplements in order to limit the arising of complaints, denunciations and
recommendations related to the management of construction planning,
construction order, management and use of apartment buildings and social housing
in the province./.
