Provincial People's Committee to perform the task of inspecting and controlling
the market against smuggling, counterfeiting and commercial fraud in the
province; thereby, promptly detecting, preventing and strictly handling
violations in accordance with the law, creating favorable conditions for goods
to circulate on the market and contributing to stabilize the market.
Besides, the
provincial market surveillance force has also done well in propagating and
disseminating the laws to organizations and business individuals in the
province in many forms. During the year, 3,530 production and business
organizations and individuals signed the commitment "Listing and selling
at the listed price. Not to speculate, hoard goods, raise prices unreasonably. Not
to trade in counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin, goods that infringe
intellectual property rights. Not to trade in smuggled goods, goods that are
not satisfied for standards on quality, safety and hygiene”.
However, violations
of trading in smuggled goods and goods of unknown origin still occurred in the
province, especially in items such as foods, cosmetics, and electrical

It is forecasted that
the situation of smuggling, commercial fraud, and counterfeit goods during
Lunar New Year 2023 will have many complicated developments due to high consumption
demand; the subjects are always looking for ways to change their operating
methods and tricks to become more and more sophisticated not only in the
traditional sales channels but also in the e-commerce channels. Therefore, in
the coming time, the provincial market surveillance force will strengthen the
inspection and control of the market; inspecting the compliance with the law in
the field of prices, strictly handling violations related to speculation,
hoarding, and unreasonable pricing, causing market instability. Implementing
the plan on fighting and prevention of counterfeit goods, goods of unknown
origin and goods infringing intellectual property rights.
