instructions of the Ministry of Health on the prevention and control of

according to Decision No. 2265 /QD-BYT dated August 22, 2022 of the Ministry of
Health; review, consolidate and strengthen the epidemic prevention and control

The following actions

a thorough investigation of all exposures to the Monkeypox positive case to
identify the source of infection; timely manage and handle the outbreak to
prevent the epidemic from spreading to the community. Taking isolation and
treatment of positive cases, preventing cross-infection and infection to
medical staffs during treatment. As detected any suspected case of the disease,
the medical examination and treatment facilities should immediately report to
the Provincial Center for Disease Control and the District Health Center to
coordinate in investigating and handling epidemic prevention and control
measures and taking samples to Pasteur Institute Nha Trang for diagnosis and
identification of cases.
In case there is a
person infected or suspected at the place of residence or work, it is necessary

People traveling to countries with monkeypox endemic (Central and West Africa),
