inspection, some localities have not strictly followed the direction of the
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. In order to continue strictly
implementing measures to prevent and control the epidemic, as well as
implementing Telegram no. 583/CD-BYT dated May 2, 2021 of the Ministry of
Health on measures for COVID-19 prevention and control, Chairman of the
People's Committee The province has just issued a Dispatch requesting the heads
of departments, agencies and chairmen of the People's Committees of districts,
towns and cities to continue implementing Dispatch no 1492/UBND-KGVXNV dated
April 30, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee, at the same time, strictly
implementing the following specific contents:
Temporarily
suspending several services that are not really necessary but at high risk of
spreading COVID-19 such as: bars, karaoke, massage, discotheques, games ...
from 0:00 on May 3, 2021.
Temporarily
suspending unnecessary crowd-gathering activities (festivals, fairs, night
markets, ...); in cases of holding the event, it must ensure the safety and epidemic
prevention; strictly implementing the preventive measures according to
regulations, especially wearing facemask when going out and in public.
Strengthening the
inspection and supervision of the implementation of wearing facemasks,
distancing in public places to prevent COVID-19 epidemic; strictly sanctioning
any violation according to the regulations.
Strengthening the
propaganda on mass media and social networks for the people to strictly conduct
the measures for COVID-19 prevention and control.
The Chairmen of the
People's Committees of districts, towns and cities are assigned to continue to
maintain the Teams for COVID-19 prevention and control to inspect and control
the epidemic prevention and control activities in the area as directed at
article 1 of this Dispatch.
The duty teams of the
Department of Health, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism are
assigned to irregularly check the epidemic prevention and control of the
localities, if detecting any subjectivity, neglected, or not strictly complying
with the direction of Chairman of the PPC, reporting and proposing to Chairman
of the PPC the form of handling according to regulations.
