Strive to mobilize VND 9.5 billion to donate “For the poor” Fund at all levels of the province in 2021

(binhthuan.gov.vn) The provincial
"For the poor" fund campaigning committee has just developed a plan
to mobilize and use "For the poor" Fund at all levels in the province
in 2021. Accordingly, in 2021 the whole province will strive to mobilize VND
9.5 billion to donate "For the Poor” Fund; specifically: the provincial
Fund will strive to mobilize VND 2.2 billion, funds at district and commune
level will strive to mobilize VND 7.3 billion.
The plan also specifies the target
groups to be mobilized as: cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers
in agencies, units, and enterprises; armed force units; individuals,
households, organizations, philanthropists inside and outside the province; enterprises
inside and outside the province and foreign enterprises.
The campaigning committee also stated:
“For the poor” Fund aims to mobilize synergy from resources in the residential
community, organizations, individuals, and businesses inside and outside the
province to help poor households in housing construction and reparation and to
carry out social security work. Therefore, the mobilization of the Fund
"For the Poor" must be widely organized among all strata of the
people and the Fund must be used for the right purposes; combine with other
target programs to strive to complete the target of reducing the rate of poor
households in the province in 2021.
