Tanh Linh district to perform well the administrative procedures reform

(binhthuan.gov.vn) The project on upgrading the Single-door Unit at
district and commune levels in the province is aimed to improve the efficiency
of the one-stop-shop (OSS) mechanism in handling administrative procedures, and
to create the good working and communication environment with friendly,
civilized and modern manners between people, organizations and the state
agencies in administrative procedures settlement.
In order to implement
this Project, the People's Committee of Tanh Linh district has promulgated
internal rules and regulations on organization and operation of the district
and commune OSS Units; regulations on coordination between district and commune
OSS units and relevant agencies and units.
After the Provincial
People's Committee issued the Decision to announce the list of administrative
procedures, the District People's Committee has directed the relevant units and
localities to implement and develop the electronic process in handling administrative
procedures and submitted it to the District People's Committee for approval in
accordance with regulations.
It can be said that
the investment in facilities and equipment for the Units of receiving and
returning results applied information technology in Tanh Linh district over the
past time has contributed to improve the quality for serving the organizations
and citizens, step by step fundamentally changing the relationship between the
government with organizations and citizens in the direction of service on
administration, contributing to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of
state management, thereby contributing to the good implementation of the
district’s administrative reform program.
