The 2nd Open Yoga Cup 2024 for Yoga Clubs of Binh Thuan Province
will take place from November 2 to November 3, 2024, at the Sports Training and
Competition Center of Binh Thuan Province - Campus 1, located at 28 Nguyen Tat
Thanh Street, Hung Long Ward, Phan Thiet City.
The tournament is
fully funded by the Binh Thuan Yoga Federation. It is expected to attract
around 70 athletes from within and outside the province.
The 2nd
Open Yoga Cup 2024 for Yoga Clubs of Binh Thuan Province aims to further
promote and develop Yoga with the goals of enhancing the community health and
mental well-being. It will provide opportunities for interaction and learning,
fostering unity and solidarity among sports clubs and organizations within the
province. It is also designed to encourage physical education and sports in
general, with a particular focus on Yoga, across various localities.
Additionally, the event will help experts identify and select outstanding
athletes for training and preparation for international Yoga competitions.
Yoga, which
originated in India, has a long history of practice and has evolved over
thousands of years. Today, Yoga is a global practice, embraced in nearly every
country. It is widely recognized as an effective method for enhancing both
physical and mental health. Yoga is particularly valued for its accessibility
and convenience, allowing individuals to practice at home without needing large
groups or extensive equipment.
