The 7th Provincial Congress of the Red Cross Society, term 2022 - 2027

On the morning of April 20, the Provincial Red Cross Society held the 7th
Provincial Congress of the Red Cross Association, term 2022 - 2027. Attending
the Congress, there were comrades: Vu Thanh Luu - Member of the Party Cell, Vice
President of the Vietnam Red Cross Society; Duong Van An - Member of the Party
Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thi
Thuan Bich - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the
Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Minh – Member of Provincial Party
Committee, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders
of departments and agencies in the province and 220 official delegates
representing more than 46,000 members, volunteers, and youth of the Red Cross
in the province.

In the spirit of
leaving no one left behind, wherever there are poor and vulnerable people,
there are the support of redemption officers, members, volunteers of Red Cross.
Over the past tenure, with efforts of each member, every movement of the
Provincial Red Cross Society has spread strongly, creating motivation for the
weak and difficult to rise up.
Speaking at the
Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee – Nguyen Minh
acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Red Cross Society at
all levels have achieved in the last term. For the tasks and solutions in the
next term, he suggested that all levels of the Society should continue to
thoroughly grasp and strictly implement Directive No. 43-CT/TW of the
Secretariat of the Party Central Committee; effectively implementing 07 activities
specified in the Law on Red Cross Activities; promoting communication of
humanitarian values and activities of Red Cross Society at all levels.
