The consumer price index (CPI) increased by 0.13% in November

Supermarkets, electronics stores, and convenience stores continued to serve the needs of the people, and maintain online sales.

According to data from the Statistics Office, in November, the consumer price index (CPI) increased by 0.13% over the previous month, by 4.03% over the same period last year; Average CPI in 11 months of 2021 over the same period last year increased by 2.73%.

Total retail sales of consumer goods and services in the month is estimated at 5,410 billion VND, increased by 1.83% over the previous month and declined by 8.94% over the same period in 2020; in which the total retail sales of goods reached 4,349 billion VND, grew by 1.57% compared to the previous month and increased by 9.59% over the same period in 2020. Accumulation for 11 months of 2021, total retail sales of consumer goods and services is estimated at 53,962 billion VND, declined by 1.22% over the same period in 2020; in which the total retail sales of goods is estimated at 40,791 billion VND, increased by 7.63% over the same period in 2020.
