The development project for the night-time economy in Binh Thuan province until 2030 is approved

The Provincial People's Committee has just approved the development project for
the night-time economy in Binh Thuan province until 2030.
The
goal of the Project is to promote the development of night-time economic
activities in Binh Thuan province, building up Phan Thiet - Mui Ne and other
tourist destinations into vibrant, attractive destinations to meet the needs of
working, entertainment, shopping, enjoying cuisine, and experiencing nightlife
of residents and tourists; thereby, promoting the strong development of the
service and tourism industries, truly becoming a key economic sector of the
province, at the same time spreading the development of other economic sectors,
actively contributing to socio-economic development and enhancing the
province's position in the region and the whole country.
During
the period of 2023 - 2025, Binh Thuan province will organize a pilot
implementation of the night-time economic model in Phan Thiet city in the
spirit of doing and learning from experience; encouraging in the period of 2024
- 2025 to pilot the night-time economy in Phu Quy district. On that basis,
organizing a preliminary review of the pilot model in localities implementing
the night-time economy in the period of 2023 - 2025.
In
the period of 2026 - 2030, it will complete the orientation and model of night-time
economic development of the province, focusing on developing the night-time
economy in Phan Thiet city; allowing other localities to proactively research
and organize the implementation according to the principles of ensuring
feasibility, effectiveness, fully meeting the conditions for development of the
night-time economy and in accordance with the actual situation of each locality.
Products
and services serving the development of the night-time economy are very
diverse, including cultural and artistic performance activities; sports
activities, health care, beauty; shopping and night entertainment activities;
night tours; introduction activities on culinary culture, night dining
services...
