The implementation of Law on assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises promoted in the province

assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises and the tasks assigned in
Directive No. 15/CT-TTg dated June 15, 2018 of the Prime Minister on the effective implementation of the Law on assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises; implementing the Official Dispatch No.
5225/VPCP-DMDN dated June 29, 2020 of the Government Office on accelerating the
implementation of the Law on assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises and to support the small and medium-sized enterprises to overcome
difficulties, maintain and restore the production and business activities
affected by the Covid-19 pandemic;
The Chairman of the Provincial
People's Committee has just issued a dispatch to request the departments and
agencies of the province, the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities,
and industrial associations continue to implement effectively the Decision No.
3177/QD-UBND dated November 19, 2018 on the small and medium-sized enterprise support
Program in Binh Thuan Province for the period of 2018-2021; at the same time, to
focus on implementing effectively the solutions in Announcement No. 135/TB-UBND
dated 30 June 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee, Plan No. 1338/KH-UBND
dated April 8, 2020 of the provincial People's Committee on the implementation
of the Directive No. 11/CT-TTg dated March 4, 2020 of the Prime Minister on
urgent tasks and solutions to solve difficulties for production and business,
ensuring social security in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Urgently proposing guidance documents and supplement solutions to bring the policy on assistance for SMEs into practice; building and and soon puting into operation a network of consultants
in their respective sectors; diversifing the form of guidence documents for SMEs,
improving the propaganda contents; Issuing the detailed instruction handbooks on the assistance contents.
The Chairman of the Provincial
People's Committee assigns the Department of Planning and Investment to preside
over and coordinate with the departments, agencies, industrial associations and relevant agencies to study and develop programs and projects to support
SMEs, the Support Program for SMEs starting up, creating and joining industry clusters and value chains in
the period of 2021-2025 after the Prime Minister approved the National SMEs support program. Preciding over and coordinating with relevant agencies to
synthesize funds and advise the provincial People's Committee (via the
Department of Finance) on balancing and allocating state budgets according to
the ability to implement the SMEs support projects and programs in
medium and annual plans…
