The industrial production index in November increases by 6.75% over the same period

production in the first 11 months of 2022 continues to recover, the industrial
production index in November is estimated to increase by 6.75% over the same
period. Generally, in the first 11 months of 2022, the industrial production
index is estimated to increase by 1.24% over the same period.
According to the Provincial Statistics
Office, the industrial production index in November is estimated to increase by
6.75% over the same period last year. In which, the mining industry increases
by 25.60%; the manufacturing and processing industry increases by 17.50%; the
field of production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and
air-conditioner increases by 2.69%; water supply, management and treatment of
waste and wastewater increases by 3.94%.
The production index of the whole
industrial sector in November increases sharply (by 49.4%) compared to the
previous month, mainly in the production and distribution of electricity, gas,
hot water, steam and air conditioner due to Vinh Tan 4 and Vinh Tan 4 Extension
thermal power plants stop generating electricity in October 2022 according to
the targets assigned by the National Load Dispatch Center.
In the first 11 months of 2022, the
industrial production index is estimated to increase by 1.24% over the same
period. In which, the mining industry and the processing and manufacturing
industry increase sharply (the mining industry increases by 26.9% due to the
construction of the North-South expressway on the east, the section Phan Thiet
- Dau Giay; the processing sector increases by 14.45%); the generation and
distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air-conditioner decreases
by 3.25%; water supply, management and treatment of waste and wastewater grow
by 5.49%.
