The management of construction order being strengthened in the province

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just signed and promulgated a
dispatch requesting the Department of Construction and People's Committees of
districts, towns and cities to strengthen the management of construction order
in the province.
Under the direction of the Chairman of
the PPC, the Department of Construction shall continue to strengthen the
management of construction order, capture information to advise and coordinate
to promptly handle hot spots of illegal construction; violation of urban
construction order, construction planning... At the same time, to strengthen
the inspection of construction planning management and construction order in
the province.
People's Committees of districts,
towns and cities shall make well coordination in the management and handling of
construction order violations with functional sectors in accordance with
regulations on assignment and decentralization of construction order
management. To review and complete the implementation of decisions on
sanctioning administrative violations issued by district-level People's
Committee chairpersons; In addition, to strictly handle units, organizations
and individuals that intentionally fail to comply in order to improve the
effectiveness and efficiency of state management on construction order. To direct
the People's Committees of wards, communes and townships to strengthen the
management of construction order in the localities, and at the same time to take
measures to handle the heads of wards, communes and townships who let go of the
management of construction order.
