The number of newly established businesses to increase

to the Provincial Statistics Office, in April, the province recorded 125 newly
established enterprises (including 39 affiliated units); total newly registered
capital was 1,231.85 billion VND; 19 enterprises have dissolved (including 13
affiliated units), reduced by 13.64% over the same period; 21 enterprises have
temporarily suspended (including 05 affiliated units), which is equal to 2021.
The statistics also
show that, there were 113 enterprises registered to change business type; 17
enterprises returned to operation (including 05 affiliated units), increased
30.77%. During the month, 24 cases of enterprises not operating at the
registered address were warned (at the request of the Judgment Enforcement
agency).
From the beginning of
the year to now, the province has had 401 newly established enterprises
(including 151 affiliated units), increased by 10.47% over the same period in
2021; registered capital was 2,519.27 billion dong, reduced by 42.11%; there
were 154 enterprises back to operation (of which there were 33 affiliated
units), increased by 28.33%; 230 enterprises suspended (including 46 affiliated
units), increased by 50.33%; 363 enterprises registered for business type
change (including 73 affiliated units), increased by 0.83%; 26 enterprises
conversed, increased by 23.81% over the same period in 2021. The number of
dissolved enterprises was 119 (including 85 affiliated units), increased by
38.37%./.
