The number of newly established enterprises decreased by 20.29% in the first half of 2023

to the Provincial Statistics Office, in the first half of 2023, the province
had 334 newly established enterprises, down by 20,29% over the same period last
year; registered capital is more than 3.929 billion VND, down by 14,74% over
the same period last year. During this period, 111 enterprises returned to
operation, down by 20.71%; 266 enterprises suspended operation, up by 13.68%; business
type change of 668 enterprises, up by 28.96%; dissolved 51 enterprises, down by
10,53%.
Particularly
in June, the province had 71 newly established enterprises, down by 15.48% over
the same period last year; total newly registered capital 869 billion VND, down
by 30.45%; dissolved 09 enterprises, reduced by 25% compared to the same period
last year; 19 enterprises suspended operation, down by 48.65%; 17 enterprises
returned to operation, up by 88,89%; business type change of 116 enterprises, up
by 6.56%.
Regarding
investment registration, in the month, there is 01 project granted investment undertaking
decision. Accumulated for the first half of 2023, there are 14 projects that
have been granted investment undertaking decisions with the total registered
capital of more than 644 billion VND. There are 13 projects registered for
adjustment, with the total adjusted capital of 8,800 billion VND. There are 03
projects started construction; 02 projects put into operation.
