The Provincial Bank for Social Policies to deploy tasks in the fourth quarter of 2021

October 25, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh
chaired a meeting with the Representative Board of the Provincial Bank for
Social Policies to evaluate the work of the third quarter of 2021 and implement
the directions and tasks of the fourth quarter of 2021. Attending the meeting,
there were leaders of departments, agencies, provincial fatherland front and
unions.
In the third quarter of 2021, the
Provincial Bank for Social Policies disbursed to 2.9 thousand turns of poor
households and other policy beneficiaries with the loan turnover of VND 93
billion. Accumulation for the first 9 months of 2021, the Provincial Bank for
Social Policies disbursed to 25.2 thousand turns of poor households and other
policy beneficiaries with the loan turnover reaching VND 683.2 billion,
equivalent to 112.9% in the same period last year.

In the coming time, Vice Chairman of
the PPC Nguyen Minh requests the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social
Affairs to closely follow the Plan No. 3485/KH-UBND dated September 21, 2021 on
the review of poor and near-poor households in 2021 according to the poverty
line for the period 2016 - 2020; generally reviewing poor households,
multi-dimensional near-poor households and the process of identifying
households engaged in agriculture, forestry, fishery and salt production with
average living standards in the period 2022 - 2025 in Binh Thuan province to
support the beneficiaries. At the same time, to coordinate with localities to
urgently implement the employer loan policies according to Resolution No.
68/NQ-CP dated July 01, 2021 of the Government.
