The Provincial Public Administration Center continues to coordinate well in administrative procedure settlement

According to the Provincial Public Administration Center, in the coming time, it
will continue to strictly control the implementation process and coordination
between the relevant agencies and units in administrative procedure settlement.
In
January 2023, the coordination in administrative procedure settlement was
strictly implemented in accordance with the regulation on coordination between
the Centers, Post Offices and departments to ensure the transfer of
administrative dossiers transparently and timely. Through the public postal
service, during the month, the Center coordinated to receive 48 dossiers of
administrative procedures in the fishery sector (Phu Quy district: 47 dossiers,
Phan Thiet: 01 dossier). The dossiers were transferred and processed according
to regulations.
During
the month, the total number of dossiers received and handled was 3,851
(including 1,970 online dossiers). Of which, 4,232 dossiers have been processed
and returned; timely and early returning 4,225 records and 07 late. By the end
of January 2023, there were 117,379 turns of interests, follows and interacts
with the Public Administration Center via Zalo. Through this channel, the
Center has well carried out the propaganda on the Center's activities,
administrative reform, implementation of e-Government and the guidelines and
policies of the Party and laws of the State.
