The Provincial Public Administration Center continues to strictly implement the coordination in handling administrative procedure
(binhthuan.gov.vn) According to the Provincial Public
Administration Center, in April, the coordination in handling administrative
procedure continued to be strictly implemented in accordance with the
coordination regulations among the Center, the Post Office, and relevant
departments and agencies, ensuring smooth and timely dossier circulation.
Civil servants and dedicated staff of the Center
coordinated with agencies and units to receive administrative procedure
dossiers through three channels: directly at the Center; online via the
National Public Service Portal and the Provincial Public Service Portal; and
through the public postal service. All dossiers were updated into the One-Stop
Electronic Software, circulated for processing, resolved, and results were
returned through the system.
During the month, a total of 1,931 administrative
procedure dossiers were received and processed (including 753 online dossiers).
Of these, 1,795 dossiers were processed and returned, with 1,793 being returned
on time or ahead of schedule, and only 2 returned late. As of the end of April
2025, a cumulative total of 13,181 dossiers had been received (including 4,840
online dossiers). Of these, 14,342 dossiers were processed and results
returned, with 14,340 returned on time or early, and only 2 returned late. From
the beginning of the year to the end of April 2025, a total of 1,176 dossiers
successfully completed online fee and charge payment transactions.
Also in April, according to statistics from the
administrative procedure processing information system, professional agencies
digitized 639 out of 1,414 incoming dossiers and 926 out of 1,097
administrative procedure outcomes. As of the end of April 2025, 5,996 out of
9,823 incoming dossiers and 10,321 out of 11,259 procedure outcomes had been
digitized.
In addition, based on the guidance of the Ministry of
Public Security and the procedures for registering and creating electronic
identification accounts, as well as using them to submit dossiers online, the
Provincial Public Administration Center has continued to effectively assist
citizens in creating accounts and submitting dossiers online, streamlining
administrative procedures to save time and reduce travel costs.
