According to the Provincial Public Administration Center, in the first 10
months of the year, the Center has continued to perform well in receiving and
returning the results of administrative procedures.
Specifically,
by the end of October 2024, the Center had received 86,799 dossiers (including
46,254 online dossiers). Of these, 86,954 dossiers were processed and returned,
with 86,808 returned on time or ahead of schedule, and 146 returned late. The

processed since the beginning of 2024 stands at 10,355.
In
October alone, 9,941 dossiers were received; 10,432 dossiers were processed and
returned; 10,430 dossiers were returned on time or ahead of schedule, and none
were returned late. The coordination in resolving administrative procedure
dossiers was carried out diligently, following the coordination regulations
between the Centers, Post Offices, and relevant departments, ensuring smooth
and timely dossier circulation. Through the public postal service, the Center
coordinated the receipt of 33 administrative procedure dossiers related to the
fisheries sector in the local areas. These dossiers were processed and
circulated in accordance with regulations. Through the Post Office, 1,611
dossiers were returned to citizens.
In
addition, in accordance with Directive No. 16/CT-TTg issued by the Prime
Minister on continuing to accelerate the reduction and simplification of
administrative procedures at ministries, sectors, and localities to serve
citizens and businesses, and based on the direction of the Provincial People's
Committee regarding the implementation of Directive No. 16/CT-TTg, starting
from July 1, 2024, the provincial administrative procedure resolution
information system has been using VNeID accounts for processing administrative
procedures. Currently, the Provincial Public Administration Center continues to
maintain effective guidance for citizens in creating accounts and submitting
online dossiers, making it more convenient for them to complete administrative
procedures, saving time and travel costs. At the same time, the Center has
implemented tasks related to the virtual assistant platform to serve citizens
and businesses in carrying out administrative procedures in the province,
linked with the 1022 hotline.
In
the coming time, the Provincial Public Administration Center will continue
implementing the digitization of dossier components and the results of
administrative procedure resolution; continuing to coordinate and carry out
relevant tasks to deploy the virtual assistant platform to serve citizens and
businesses in carrying out administrative procedures in the province, linked
with the 1022 hotline. Additionally, the Center will continue to closely
monitor the implementation of procedures and the coordination between relevant
agencies and units in resolving administrative procedures.
