The Provincial Public Administration Center publicly lists 1,413 administrative procedures under its authority

(binhthuan.gov.vn) According to the Provincial Public Administration Center, in the first quarter of 2024, the Center publicly listed 1,413 administrative procedures under the authority of departments and agencies, ensuring publicity and transparency. At the same time, publicly post the list of administrative procedures with QR codes under the jurisdiction of departments and agencies at the Center.
Also in the first quarter, the Center received 20,660 administrative procedure applications (11,756 online dossiers). Of these, 20,383 dossiers have been processed and returned with results; 20,280 dossiers settled on time or early; 103 dossiers returned late. In March alone, the total number of applications received was 8,300 (4,673 online dossiers). Of which, 8,120 dossiers were settled with 8,033 on time or early results; 87 late results. For applications submitted by groups in the fisheries sector, 51 new applications were received; settled on time for 44 dossiers and no late results.
The implementation of the Coordination Regulation between the Center and departments, agencies and the Provincial Post Office continues to be seriously implemented and deployed. The work of receiving, circulating documents, and returning results is mostly carried out according to regulations. In the first quarter, through public postal services, the Center received 217 administrative procedures applications in the fisheries sector locally (Phu Quy district: 178 dossiers, Tuy Phong: 39 dossiers); returned 189 results.
