The Provincial Public Administration Center to promote administrative reform

to the Provincial Public Administration Center, in 2022, it has developed and
seriously implemented the plan to perform the tasks of improving the business
environment and enhancing competitiveness; at the same time, well implemented
the administrative reform.
Specifically, the Provincial Public
Administration Center has listed publicly the composition of documents,
instructions on steps and procedures for 100% of administrative procedures
received at the Center.
Publicly listing at the Center and
synchronizing the national database 1,499 administrative procedures under its
authority, ensuring the publicity, transparency and convenience for
organizations and individuals when conducting administrative procedures at the
Center. All administrative procedures have been issued by the departments and
agencies for internal handling and settlement processes, and the Center has
updated the electronic process to the electronic one-stop software to receive
documents according to regulations. In addition, the Provincial Public Service
Portal has listed 256 administrative procedures at level 3 and 233
administrative procedures at level 4 for organizations and individuals to look
up and conduct.
From January 1, 2022 to November 15,
2022, the Provincial Public Administration Center has received 56,528 dossiers.
Settling and returning 55,972 dossiers; in which, the rate of dossiers paying
on time and early is 99.7%, and 0.3% late.
According to the Provincial Public
Administration Center, in 2023, it will continue to promote propaganda on the
information technology application in the implementation of administrative
procedures, especially the utility of online public services. Improving the
quality of the survey on organizations and individuals about the satisfaction
in administrative procedures. Researching solutions to improve the satisfaction
of people and businesses to the service of state agencies in the implementation
of the one-stop-shop mechanism according to regulations.
