The Provincial Traffic Inspector detected more than 1,700 cases of violations in the transportation sector in 2021

2021, due to the impact of Covid-19, the Provincial Traffic Inspector had to
assign forces to participate in the Covid-19 epidemic control teams, which
affected the inspection rounds. However, the provincial Traffic Inspector still
overcame difficulties to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
During the year, the
Provincial Traffic Inspector managed 1,978 times of independent inspection and
examination. Thereby, it detected and made records of administrative violations
against 12 violating units, with the fine of 172 million VND. The independent
inspection activities have been carried out according to the approved plan,
from the beginning of the year until now, the Inspector of the Department has
made records and issued 1,702 decisions with the fine of more than 8.6 billion
VND. Exercising the temporary deprivation of the right to use driving licenses:
217 cases, inspection certificate: 27 cases, and badge: 189 cases.
The violations mainly
were transporting loose goods and building materials easy to drop without
cover, or covered with canvas but still letting loose; transporting goods or
waste that letting waste water dropping down the road, causing unsafety to
traffic and environmental sanitation...
In addition, the
Provincial Traffic Inspector had also assigned forces to participate in the
3062 Inter-sectoral Inspection Team for ensuring traffic order and safety in
the province. Thereby, recording 184 violations, equivalent to the fine of 496
million VND. The mobile vehicle load test station located at Km58+280 on
National Highway 55 in Ham Tan district had inspected more than 900 vehicles
and found 42 violating vehicles, equivalent to the fine of more than 177
million VND.
