The Provincial Traffic Inspector to strengthen the patrol and control activities in the last few months of 2021

despite facing many difficulties due to Covid-19, the patrol teams of the
Provincial Traffic Inspector have actively patrolled, controlled and handled
violations on protection of traffic works and road safety corridor in the
province.
Up to now, the patrol teams of the
Provincial Traffic Inspector have organized 1,690 trips. Thereby, 1,379
violations were detected. In which, there were 407 cases of violations on
overloading; 237 cases of violations by passenger transport vehicles. The Provincial
Traffic Inspectors recorded the administrative violations against 1,379 cases
with a total fine of more than 7.4 billion VND; detected 157 cases of
violations on road traffic order.
According to the Provincial Traffic
Inspector, in the last few months of the year, after the transport activities
return to normal day along with the increasing construction demand of people,
the patrol teams will strengthen the patrol and control activities. In which,
they will focus on inspecting and handling violations in terms of vehicle
loads, tank sizes right at the source of stocks (wharfs, material mines,
gathering places, etc.).
The Provincial Traffic Inspector also
asks the functional teams to coordinate with the Regional Road Administration
Department to inspect and handle violations of the load on National Highway 1A
and National Highway 28; deploying the mobile vehicle weighing station in Tan
Thang commune, Ham Tan district to inspect the trucks carrying minerals from
Binh Thuan to Ba Ria - Vung Tau. At the same time, coordinating with
district-level polices and functional forces at all levels to strengthen the
inspection and handling of vehicles carrying over the allowable load; vehicles
that fail the technical safety conditions in traffic; vehicles of transporting
materials for the construction of highways in the province...
