The state budget revenue exceeded 40% of the 2021 estimate in 11 months

to the Statistics Office, the budget revenue of Binh Thuan province in November
2021 is estimated at 480 billion VND. Accumulated in the first 11 months of
2021, it is estimated at 11,724.33 billion VND, reaching 140.29% of the year
estimate and increased by 18.23% over the same period in 2020.
Domestic revenue
(excluding oil) is 8,641.48 billion VND, reaching 143.55% of the yearly
estimate, increases 11.31%. Total budget revenue includes: Taxes, fees and
other revenues 7,110.17 billion VND, reaching 138.60% of the yearly estimate,
grew by 15.37%; collection of house and land fees is 1,531.31 billion VND,
reaching 172.06% of the year estimate, declined by 4.30% (of which, land use
levy is 1,336.47 billion VND, reaching 190.93% of the year estimate, increased
by 29.32% over the same period in 2020); crude oil revenue is 1,380 billion
VND, reaching 172.52% of the year estimate and increased by 31.45%; import and
export tax revenue is 1,702.68 billion VND, reaching 113.51% of the year
estimate and increased by 54.33%.
Total budget
expenditure in November 2021 is estimated at 450 billion VND (state budget
expenditure is 400 billion VND); accumulated for 11 months of 2021 is estimated
at 13,129.24 billion VND (state budget expenditure is 9,270.40 billion VND); in
which, the investment and development expenditures are 3,969.70 billion VND, and
recurrent expenditure is 5,300.06 billion VND.
It can be seen that,
with effective solutions and efforts, the Tax sector has contributed to
successfully completing the state budget collection task in 2021. In 2020, the
total state budget revenue was 10,935 billion VND (reached 101.7% compared to
the estimate). At this point, there is still one month left until the end of
2021, but the total budget revenue has been estimated at 11,724 billion VND (increased
789 billion VND compared to the total revenue in 2020)./.
