The whole province has received 1,100,287 citizen identification (ID) records in 9 months of 2022

the Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation, in the first nine
months of 2022, the whole province has received 1,100,287/1,149,285 ID dossiers
according to the target set by C06 - Ministry of Public Security (reached
95.7%), in which the ID dossier attached to the issuance of electronic identification
accounts was 36,345 cases and issued electronic identification accounts to
18,472 cases with ID. Data has been transmitted to the Central Government 1,097,145/1,100,287
records (reached 99.71%); received 1,064,817 ID cards from C06 - Ministry of Public
Security, returned 1,060,957 ID cards to applicants (reached 99.63%).
As of August 22,
2022, the number of personal identification/citizen identification synchronized
with the valid health insurance card for medical examination and treatment
using ID is 453,354; There were 3,532 searches for health insurance cards by ID
with 1,900 successful searches at 126 health insurance facilities.
In addition,
electronic health records on the platform deployed by the Electronic Health
Administration - Ministry of Health are being actively implemented by the
province. According to the Provincial Department of Health, as of August 24,
2022, the electronic health record platform of the Ministry of Health has
created 1,376,028 (estimated at over 90% of the population) electronic health
records of provincial citizens, the method of initialization is mainly from the
database of the Health Insurance and generated during medical examination and
treatment. On the other hand, the functional sector has signed and certified vaccine
passports for 905,731/1,255,618 vaccinated subjects./.
