Garment Co., Ltd was established in 2004 on the basis of joint venture
cooperation between Binh Thuan province and Viet Tien Garment Corporation, now
a member of Viet Tien Garment Joint Stock Corporation. The main production and
business activities of Thuan Tien Garment Co., Ltd are manufacturing and
processing garments for export to Japan, USA, European countries and domestic
consumption.
In the past time, Thuan Tien Garment
Co., Ltd has constantly improved in production and business activities.
Currently, the Company has invested in improving production capacity with 14
sewing lines, of which 4 of them are semi-automatic, modern equipment and
machinery such as semi-automatic machines for spreading, cutting and some
automatic machines for the sewing area…. It has provided 1,706 stable jobs for
people in the districts of Ham Thuan Bac, Ham Thuan Nam and Phan Thiet city.
In 2022, despite many difficulties
and challenges, Thuan Tien Garment Co., Ltd. has deployed many flexible,
dynamic, creative and responsive solutions to exceed the set targets, affirming
its position as a reputable and quality enterprise in the production and
processing of garments for export and as the key member in the system of Viet
Tien Garment Joint Stock Corporation. As a result, the output of all kinds of
garments in 2022 of Thuan Tien Garment Co., Ltd. reached 4,675,101 products, reaching
131% over the same period in 2021; finished product quality reached 97%;
revenue was 214 billion VND, reaching 112% of the plan; the average income of
employees is 7,600,000 VND/person/month.
In the coming time, Thuan Tien
Garment Co., Ltd. will continue to improve production capacity by focusing on
investment in technology development, additional investment in automatic and
semi-automatic equipment; developing the production management teams in line
with the requirements of digital management technology. Focusing on applying
digital management technology to production activities at stages from
controlling raw materials, cutting, sewing, finishing products, training
workers to improve their skills; actively taking care of the health, career, material
and spiritual life of officials, staffs and employees.
