According to the Department of Industry and Trade, in order to ensure the
supply of petroleum in the province, petroleum traders need to be proactive in
their supply, maintaining the supply of petroleum for the distribution system
and franchise traders, general agents, petroleum agent, ensuring no
interruption of supply; the petroleum retail stores in the area must strictly
maintain operations to ensure the supply of petroleum for production and
consumption of people and businesses.
Besides, petroleum traders
in the province must strictly comply with the Government's regulations on
petroleum trading, especially controlling petroleum retail stores in their
distribution system; Listing the selling prices of petrol and gas, and selling
them at the listed prices. Specifying the sale time at the sale areas for byers'
observation. They can only stop selling after getting approval in writing from
the Department of Industry and Trade, except for force majeure cases such as
fire, explosion, floods....
Be responsible for
the quality, quantity and price of petroleum listed and sold according to
regulations. Maintaining the operations of petroleum shops according to
regulations. The petroleum trading establishments must commit to strictly
comply with regulations on petroleum trading, and prepare stock plan to ensure
continuous sales according to the signed petroleum agency contracts.
