To remove difficulties and accelerate the construction of coastal roads

On the morning of May 05, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Le
Tuan Phong took a field trip on inspection of the projects: Renewing the
coastal road DT.719B section Phan Thiet - Ke Ga, and Ham Kiem - Tien Thanh
road. Accompanied the trip, there were Vice Chairman of Provincial People's
Committee - Nguyen Van Phong; leaders of relevant departments, agencies and
localities.
According to Mr.
Nguyen Huu Trung - Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment
Project Management Board, currently the implementation of the project of
renewing the coastal road DT.719B section Phan Thiet - Ke Ga is facing
difficulties and obstacles.
After taking the
field trip and listening to the report at the meeting, Chairman of the
Provincial People's Committee - Le Tuan Phong emphasized, although the relevant
departments, agencies and localities, including the construction unit have made
great efforts, the overall progress of compensation and site clearance has
progressed, but still very slow, which has not followed the schedule People's
Committee, in which for the project of renewing the coastal road. DT.719B
section Phan Thiet - Ke Ga, the volume of payment to the remaining households
of the People's Committee of Phan Thiet city is still very large (65%).
The Chairman of the
Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Traffic Construction
Investment Project Management Board to continue directing the contractor to prepare
human resources and equipment to organize the construction whenever and
wherever the premises is cleared and handed, and ensure quality, progress,
labor safety and environmental sanitation as prescribed regulations.
