To strengthen the management and care of local martyrs' recognition works

the time, especially on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Invalids and
Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2022), the People's Committees of
districts, towns and cities directed departments, mass organizations and
People's Committees of communes, wards and townships to focus on well
implementing activities on taking care of people with meritorious services to
the revolution and well implementing the gratitude movements in the localities.
However, by monitoring the actual situation and by receiving complaints sent to
the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, the current work of
directing the repair, embellishment and care of steles and memorials , works in
recognition of martyrs in some localities have not yet been given due attention;
From the above fact, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs
has requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to pay
attention on directing the People's Committees of communes, wards and townships
to regularly organize the cleaning, clearing bushes, taking care of trees,
planting flowers; by appropriate form, arranging more lights at night and
organizing the ceremony to offer incense at the martyrs' merit works regularly
on public holidays, New Year and during the year to ensure dignity and respect.
Focusing on
implementing well the "Gratitude return" movement during the peak
month from August 10, 2022 to September 10, 2022 in order to celebrate the 30th
anniversary of the re-establishment of the province (1992 - 2022) and the 77th
anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September
2, 1945 - September 2, 2022)./.
