goods and service revenue in the month is estimated at 7,955.04 billion VND, up
by 1.05% over the previous month and 12.37% over the same period last year.
Specifically,
it is estimated that retail sales of goods will reach 5,321.9 billion VND, up by
0.83% over the previous month and 8.27% over the same period last year (food
group reached 2,626.7 billion VND, up by 0.66% over the previous month and
5.71% over the same period last year; the garment group reached 226.6 billion
VND, up by 0.64% over the previous month and 8.97 % over the same period last
year; household appliances, tools and equipment group reached 458.2 billion
VND, up by 1.89% over the previous month and 9.09% over the same period last
year; wood and construction materials reached 326.9 billion VND, up by 0.76%
over the previous month and 10.91% over the same period last year; other goods
group reached 262.3 billion VND, up by 0.70%. % over the previous month and
12.15% over the same period last year). Revenue from services is estimated at
2,633.1 billion VND, up by 1.50% over the previous month and 21.69% over the
same period last year. Business establishments in service industries increased
their activities to serve local people and tourists, especially on weekends.
It
is estimated that entertainment revenue will reach 612.3 billion VND, up by 1.97%
over the previous month and 54.08% over the same period last year. Personal and

month and 37.59% over the same period last year.
Accumulated
for the first 11 months of 2023, the retail situation of goods on the market is
relatively stable, goods promptly meet people's needs, especially during
holidays and weekends. Business operations were smooth, there was no market
disruption, product groups grew steadily and increased compared to the same
period last year. It is estimated that retail sales of goods and services
industry revenue will reach 84,110.8 billion VND, an increase of 25.49% over
the same period last year. Of which, retail sales of goods reach 54,315.4
billion VND, up by 15.56% over the same period last year (food group reaches
26,528.9 billion VND, up by 14.12% over the same period last year). The group
of household appliances and equipment reaches 4,807.3 billion VND, up by 17.67%
over the same period last year and the group of other goods reaches 2,709.8
billion VND, up by 18.87% over the same period last year). Revenue from service
industries is estimated at 29,795.4 billion VND, an increase of 48.80% over the
same period last year.
The
consumer price index (CPI) in November increased 0.56% over the previous month,
up by 2.57% over the same period last year and 2.66% over December last year.
Average CPI in the first 11 months of 2023 increases by 3.01% compared to the
same period last year. Among the 11 main groups of consumer goods and services,
there are 10 groups increased in price compared to last month: Housing,
electricity, water, fuel and construction materials by 1.09%; Food and beverage
services by 0.65%; Beverages and tobacco by 0.57%; Traffic by 0.34%; Household
appliances and appliances by 0.54%; Other goods and services by 0.54%; Culture,
entertainment and tourism by 0.30%; Garments, hats and shoes by 0.24%;
