Tuy Phong to urgently conduct the screening test all people trading and living along National Highway 1A

to Tuy Phong District People's Committee, the current situation of Covid-19 in
the district is complicated. Through the community screening test in Vinh Tan
commune, many suspected cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection was detected at shops and
restaurants along National Highway 1A.
Faced with the above
situation, the District People's Committee has asked the People's Committees of
communes and towns along the National Highway 1A to direct the Health Station
and local units and agencies to immediately set up mobile sampling teams to
test all people trading and living along National Highway 1A within today
(08/10). At the same time, the Chairpersons of the People's Committees of
communes and townships must give drastic directions on this matter, not leave
any reason for people along National Highway 1A to refuse the testing. If there
is an error in taking samples for testing, leading to serious consequences in
the task of Covid-19 prevention and control, the Chairperson of that local
People's Committee shall take full responsibility to the Chairman of the District
People's Committee.
In addition, the
District Health Center shall direct immediately the medical stations to prepare
personnel taking samples for testing people along National Highway 1A at the
localities. Timely and sufficiently preparing test kits to supply the Health
Stations for carrying out the sampling.
For Vinh Tan Thermal
Power Plants, Tuy Phong District People's Committee suggests that it is
necessary to strictly manage the number of factory workers and the number of
workers performing repair and maintenance work in order to avoid contact with
outside people. Strictly implementing the plans committed with the Provincial
People's Committee and the District People's Committee for the management of
the experts, engineers, and workers in the field of repair and maintenance at
their units. At the same time, Vinh Tan Thermal Power Plants urgently need to
conduct the screening test all officials, experts, employees, workers, and
especially units that are undergoing repair and maintenance work staying at the
hotels and motels in Vinh Tan commune.
