Tuy Phong urgently to control the epidemic

days, the number of confirmed and suspected COVID-19 cases in Tuy Phong
district has continuously increased. In order to quickly control the epidemic,
the locality is implementing many solutions, in which the focus is on speeding
up the progress of COVID-19 vaccination and screening tests in the community.
In just 2 days, November 29-30, 2021,
Tuy Phong recorded 302 COVID-19 cases (271 community cases). The infection
cases have appeared in 10/11 communes and towns, mainly in Phan Ri Cua and Lien
Huong towns. Phan Dung commune alone has not yet recorded any cases. The total
number of cases up to now in the district is more than 2,000 cases with 09
deaths.

Health and Tuy Phong district
For timely supporting Tuy Phong
district, the Department of Health will mobilize human resources to help this
locality in sampling and treatment. The Department of Health also suggested the
locality urgently to invest the equipment, oxygen tank systems, hemodialysis
machines for patients with COVID-19; Accelerate the progress of COVID-19
vaccination. For establishments, production and business units in the area, if
many F0 cases are detected, the locality needs to carry out on-site F0 collection
and treatment.
The Provincial Center for Disease
Control has also provided immediate support to Tuy Phong District Health Center
with 500 bags of medicine A, 300 sets of epidemic prevention suits and 100
boxes of face masks./.
