Urgently taking vaccination and measures for COVID-19 prevention and control

the direction of the Prime Minister at Official Telegram no. 170/CD-TTg dated
February 23, 2022, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) has
just issued a dispatch on urgent vaccination and implementation of measures for
COVID-19 prevention and control.
Accordingly, the
Chairman of the PPC requests the Director of the Department of Health and the
Chairpersons of the People's Committees of the districts, towns and cities to
urgently accelerate and speed up the vaccination for people in the whole
province. By March 31, 2022 at the latest, the 3rd vaccination must be
completed for people aged 18 years and older (including: additional and booster
dose) and must ensure 100% of children in the age of 12 years old (calculated
by month) is injected the 1st dose, and the 2nd dose after 21-28 days.
The director of the
Department of Education and Training shall direct the educational institutions
to survey and list the students and pupils in the whole province who have
relatives living in the same house with underlying diseases, the elderly for
the management before March 10, 2022; Thereby, providing the list and
coordinating with local health authorities to monitor and provide personal care
when students and pupils are infected with COVID-19.
The Chairman of the PPC
requests the Director of the Department of Health, the Director of the
Department of Education and Training, the Chairpersons of the People's
Committees of the districts, towns and cities to urgently and seriously
implement the direction; making daily report on vaccination progress to the
Provincial People's Committee for timely monitoring and direction.
