(binhthuan.gov.vn) On the occasion of the traditional Ramuwan New Year 2023, on the morning of April 4, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Minh and representatives of leaders of relevant departments and agencies visited and sent wishes to the Muslim Cham people (Bani) in Phan Thanh commune, Bac Binh district.

The delegation visited and sent New Year's greetings to representatives of the Standing Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phan Thanh commune; the management board of 3 villages: Canh Dien, Thanh Kiet, Chau Hanh and 3 reputable people as Mr. Dong Gach (Canh Dien village), Mr. Xich Sau (Thanh Kiet village), Mr. Xich Ngoc Vang (Chau Hanh village); visited Chau Hanh Pagoda and the great monk Dang Thi, Thanh Kiet Pagoda and the great monk Xich Du, Canh Dien Pagoda and the great monk Khe Khoi. On this occasion, the delegation also visited and sent Tet wishes to the family of Mr. Dang Che Hoa - former Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minority Committee (Canh Dien village) and the family of Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Thanh Man (Canh Dien).

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Minh visited the health and wished all Cham people a happy, healthy, safe, and thrifty Tet, preserving and promoting fine traditional culture of the nation. At the same time, encouraged the people to enjoy Tet without forgetting the task of production development; stabilizing in all aspects of life, ensuring political security, social order and safety; contributing together with other ethnic groups in the province to fulfill well the targets of the province's socio-economic plan 2023.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also expressed his joy that this year the production and life of the Cham people are stable, with both good harvests and good prices, and prosperity in the countryside. The environmental sanitation has been paid more attention by people; some roads in the villages are planted with flowers and trees, creating very beautiful landscapes. In addition, children are all cared for and secure in their studies... In the coming time, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Minh hopes that all Cham people should take practical actions to response to the Visist Vietnam Year 2023, with the spirit of "Every citizen is a tourism ambassador" associated with the theme of 2023 "Urban embellishment, preservation protection of environment and landscape: green - clean - beautiful".

On behalf of the Cham people following the Bani religion, the dignitaries, the great monks thanked to the concerns of the provincial leaders and departments, agencies and localities for creating the most favorable conditions for the people to celebrate the traditional Tet warmly and safely. In the coming time, dignitaries and people with typical prestige will continue to promote their roles and prestige in coordinating with all levels and sectors to propagate people to well observe the laws and regulations, guidelines of the Party, policies and laws of the State; upholding the spirit of building a great national unity block, contributing to build up Binh Thuan's homeland richer and better.
